Work and restauration and preparing to move

The first part of this summer has been busy in many different ways. I've now been working as 80% layout and 20% photographer here in the little local newspaper. Mondays are busy days because we have little staff and nothing completed beforehand so for layout purpose the material comes in late and there is in general little to work with during the day.
Newspilot Whiteboard has been a great tool for preparing the paper beforehand and improves designing the paper. My InDesign use has improved in these months and I see this as a definite plus with this job. I would like to improve my skills in designing the paper, learning about topic writing and improving my general ability of swedish language.

On the not working part. We have decided on moving into a 70m2 1700-century built house here in Lovisa. Before we can move we'll have to finish the wooden floors which have been changed last summer and also paint two rooms. It's a lot to do, but the owner is keen on everything and easy to get along with so... work, work, work.

Well, of course there was this PEARL F*CKING JAM gig in Hyde Park and a week spent in Brighton and London which topped the summer (yarr!).

Must upload some picuters at some point... ->
